Our patented pump technology outperforms all centrifugal, vortex, and positive displacement pumps in a variety of the most difficult pumping applications.
The core of this design is the patented EDDY Pump technology. The design redefines the pumping industry by being the only pump that utilizes the principles of a tornado to create a synchronized eddy current. This pump is not a centrifugal, positive displacement or vortex pump, but instead the most efficient high solids and high specific gravity pump on the market. This translates to the ability to pump higher percent solids of material with less water.

“We sincerely appreciate your company’s effort, especially Mr. Adam’s hard work during staying in here.
Testing was done successfully today due to Mr. Adam’s effort and we think that this equipment will help our project catch up the progress. Many thank you.”
Equipment: 10-inch Excavator Dredge Pump Attachment and 500HP HPU by EDDY Pump, running on a CAT 345D.
Application: Power plant pipeline dredging. Land and barge-based deployment of the excavator dredger.
About unit: This 10-inch Excavator Dredge Pump Attachment is powered by a custom EDDY Pump Hydraulic Power Unit. This unit is fully mobile and replaces the counterweight with an HPU. For large applications, a dedicated power unit provides the optimum power to ensure your project meets the deadline!
The pump and cutterhead suction dredge work in conjunction to make this the optimal dredging system for handling compact material, highly viscous materials and pumping high solids. This pumping system can easily pump slurries up to 4500-ft without the need for a booster pump.
For large rocks and distances over 2000-ft, an HPU (Hydraulic Power Unit) is recommended for max production. Call for details.
Sometimes projects call for more than standard. We do Custom Applications with a design, engineering, and fabrication shop. Call Us for Sales or Rentals.
Why Rent?
This system is one of the most modular dredge systems on the market. Mix and match attachments to meet your dredging and pumping needs. All of our equipment can be deployed from land or barge-based excavators. Let’s Explore the Options below.
The XTRA Long version features a 13ft extension for an impressive combined 23 Feet Reach!

Industries Most Served: Mining, Oil and Fracking, Waste Water, Paper/Pulp, Chemical, Energy, Water Districts, Irrigation Districts and Dredging Companies.
EDDY Pump is working with several providers to offer swamp buggies and long-reach dredge boom options that are pre-plumbed for use with our Excavator Dredge Pump Attachments.
Dredge Attachment and Long Boom Dredger Package
Long Boom Dredge systems to extend your reach. The benefits of this system are reduced setup time because the boom is pre-plumbed for the discharge hoses, saving custom modification time for the client. This is a plug-and-pump system that attaches to your excavator and gets your project started sooner VS doing your own hose plumbing. Plus, the long boom greatly extends your production capacity.
Amphibious Excavator “Swamp Buggy” Conversion
Additionally, the excavator can become converted to an amphibious undercarriage for use in marshy areas. With a long-reach boom, this system is unmatched in productivity.
Our mining and marine construction clients trust EDDY Pump. We perform best in harsh conditions because of our patented non-clogging design.
An excavator pump attachment is a piece of equipment that is designed to be attached to an excavator, enabling it to function as a dredging machine. This attachment consists of a pump and a dredging head that can be lowered into the water to suction and transfer materials such as sand, silt, and mud. The excavator pump attachment can be used for various purposes, such as cleaning up waterways, creating new waterways, or even extracting valuable minerals from the seabed.
The excavator pump attachment works by using the excavator's hydraulic power to operate the pump, which is connected to a suction hose. The dredging head is then lowered into the water, and the pump creates a vacuum that sucks up the material. The material is then transported through the suction hose and discharged through a discharge hose into a designated area. The excavator pump attachment can be operated by a single person, and its performance can be controlled by adjusting the flow rate and the depth of the dredging head.
The benefits of using an excavator pump attachment include increased efficiency, reduced labor costs, and improved safety. The excavator pump attachment can complete dredging jobs faster and with less manpower than traditional methods, which can result in significant cost savings. Additionally, the excavator pump attachment can be operated from a safe distance, reducing the risk of accidents and injuries. The attachment can also be used in various applications, making it a versatile tool for different industries.
The excavator pump attachment can dredge a wide range of materials, including sand, silt, mud, clay, gravel, and even rocks. The attachment's suction hose can be customized to accommodate different sizes of materials, allowing it to work in various environments. The excavator pump attachment can also be used to dredge in different water depths, making it suitable for shallow or deep dredging projects.
Choosing the right excavator pump attachment depends on several factors, such as the size and type of excavator, the type of material to be dredged, and the depth and location of the dredging project. It is essential to consult with a professional to determine the most suitable attachment for your project. The experts can also provide advice on maintenance and operation to ensure the attachment's maximum efficiency and lifespan. Factors such as the attachment's cost, warranty, and after-sales support should also be considered before making a purchase decision.
